Short term holiday let
The rental will be from £45.00 - £55.00 per day
Returnable damage waiver of £100.00 to be repaid by cheque within 7 days of departure.
Deposit required to comfirm booking.
Gas, electricity and water services are provided in the price. We reserve the right to recharge excessive use.
Occupancy from 4.30pm on day of arrival until 10.30am on day of departure.
Bed linen and towels provided by arrangement
No pets or smokers please!

Corner shop 3 minutes walk - stocks most everyday items at a price!
City centre shops 10 minutes away ( A mixture of major brands and rather quaint small outlets).
Station 15 minutes walk down hill (direct line to Kings Cross 1 hr 15 mins on timetable).
Several good restaurants in easy walking distance, prices to suit all tastes.
Excellent Fish and Chips shop 3 minutes walk
